Community Engagement Manager, Leadership & Staff
Crystal Diaz-Espinoza serves as the Community Engagement Manager at Waco Foundation, where she leads engagement efforts and works to strengthen relationships and foster meaningful connections throughout Waco.
Crystal has dedicated her career to building collaborative partnerships and creating opportunities that strengthen communities. Prior to joining Waco Foundation, she served in leadership roles across education and the nonprofit sector and continues to be actively involved in civic and philanthropic initiatives throughout Waco.
Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Great Texts of the Western Tradition and a Master of Science in Education in Higher Education & Student Affairs from Baylor University. She later earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee. Crystal is proud to call Waco home and is passionate about investing in the people and organizations that make the community thrive.
