The Avenue Nonprofit Center serves as Waco Foundation’s administrative offices and a collaborative nonprofit center with office space, meeting and event space and centralized resources for local charities.

Waco Foundation invests more than $6 million into nonprofits each year in the form of grants, scholarships and community programming. It is also uniquely positioned to understand and address some of the greatest needs and struggles local nonprofits experience.
Among these needs is office space, meeting space and shared back office functions like accounting and human resources. Waco Foundation utilizes The Avenue Nonprofit Center to house mission-aligned nonprofits at a reduced rental rate, freeing up more resources for community work. We believe when nonprofits are sharing space and resources, innovation and partnership will be natural outcomes, benefitting the nonprofit sector as a whole.
