Chief Financial/Operating Officer, Leadership & Staff

Isabel (Bell) Weeden joined Waco Foundation in 2023 as the Chief Financial/Operating Officer.

Bell has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and data management. She started her career in private banking before gaining experience in public accounting, financial planning & analysis, and database management and reporting.

Bell has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tarleton State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s and has served the Waco community for many years; currently as a board member for Communities in Schools and Prosper Waco.
