Duncan Scholars Completion Coordinator, Leadership & Staff
Liya Jackson serves as the Duncan Scholars Completion Coordinator at Waco Foundation, where she works alongside Duncan Scholars to support their academic progress and help them successfully navigate their path toward degree completion.
Liya joined Waco Foundation in May 2026 after building a career focused on supporting college students through academic advising, career development, and transfer transitions. She is passionate about helping students identify opportunities, overcome barriers, and achieve their educational goals.
Liya earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor University in 2020. She is grateful to bring her experience to Waco Foundation and help expand access and opportunity for students through the Duncan Scholars program.
