Office Manager, Leadership & Staff


Marilyn LeBourgeois joined Waco Foundation in January 2026 as the Office Manager. Marilyn brings more than 30 years of experience supporting business operations and administrative functions through her work co-owning and managing a fire and safety company in the Houston area. Since relocating to Lorena in 2018, she has continued her work in administrative support. Marilyn holds a Certification of Technology in Health Information Management from San Jacinto College and is a Certified Professional Coder. Marilyn’s background and experience reflect her strong commitment to organization, service, and supporting the work of others.
