Communications and Engagement Coordinator, Leadership & Staff
Rolando Rodriguez serves as the Communications & Engagement Coordinator at Waco Foundation, where he supports the Foundation’s communications, marketing, and community engagement efforts. He returned to Waco Foundation in August 2026 after previously serving as the MAC Program & Scholarships Coordinator.
Prior to returning to the Foundation, Rolando worked for the City of Waco in neighborhood engagement, communications, and marketing, where he gained experience connecting with residents and sharing the stories of the Waco community.
Rolando earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Digital Communication Analytics from the University of North Texas. He is excited to bring his experience in communications and community outreach back to Waco Foundation and help strengthen connections throughout McLennan County.
