Building Waco's Future

Waco Foundation is pleased to announce we are the new owners of the former First Federal Savings & Loan building located at 1224 Austin Avenue. This is an exciting move for the Foundation because the building has enough space to eventually house a collaborative environment for nonprofits to office, host events and meetings, and serve as a charitable resource hub for Waco. Thanks to generous donors who continue to give to offset the cost of this historic building, owning the space will be more economical than leasing long-term. That means more funds available for the vital work local nonprofits provide in the community.
