Marlayna Massey joined Waco Foundation in April 2021 as Communications Coordinator. She graduated from Baylor University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She served as a public educator for six years and received a Masters of Educational Administration from Tarleton State University in 2019.

Marlayna served as a MAC Program Intern in 2013 where she developed a passion for serving her community. She is grateful that she is now able to re-join Waco Foundation in her new role and continue her commitment to serve the Waco community with her experience in public service, communications and marketing.
