Board of Trustees
Monte brings a wealth of banking and management knowledge to Waco Foundation's Board of Trustees. The Baylor graduate is the former Chairman of the Board at The First National Bank of Central Texas, a position he held for over 20 years. He is currently the Chairman and President of FCT Bancshares. Monte has extensive experience serving the Waco community. He has served as the president of the boards of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, Waco Industrial Foundation, and Waco Business League.
